Andy moved into the Energy sector when he joined Baringa, bringing 12 years of technology transformation experience. Since joining Baringa, he has worked with many of our energy trading clients, helping to transform their businesses and their technology landscapes.
Transforming trading businesses brings significant challenges. Overcoming limitations of legacy systems and constraints in capability requires highly experience, highly effective teams. By leading the great teams we bring from Baringa alongside the talent in our client teams, Andy delivers best of bread solutions and enduring capability. Getting the team right, alongside building deep, trusted relationships with our clients ensures we are able to meet the highly complex challenges that invariably comes with large scale transformation.
Andy is particularly proud of the work he has done with one of Baringa’s major clients in recent years, delivering impactful and transformational programmes that establish the foundations for growth of their business. Managing the wider Baringa team at client and internally brings Andy immense satisfaction; finding the opportunities for our people to develop their careers whilst coaching them along the way.
Away from work, Andy is a devoted husband to Catherine and dad to their three wonderful children. He is a great believer in staying mentally healthy by being physically active and you will often find him pounding the streets in his local area on a long distance run or spending time trying to make sense of a garden with much potential. Music also plays an important part in Andy’s life and he finds great joy in playing drums in a band with past and present Baringa friends.
