In detail:

Anna is a Director in Baringa’s payments practice. She has led and programme managed a number of global payments transformation programmes, including systems replacement, operating model design and implementation. Anna’s passion is for helping tier 1 clients to understand and solve global problems, identifying and delivering requirements that are specific for individual geographies but meet the strategy of the global organisation as a whole.

Anna has qualifications in coaching and is passionate about developing talent. When she’s not leading client projects, she likes to stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in Financial Services and is a regular attendee and speaker at cross-industry events. She is particularly passionate about where the industry is going next and has developed thought leadership on what Web 3 means for Financial Institutions, exploring the opportunities for payments from distributed ledger technology (DLT), cryptocurrencies, the metaverse and CBDCs.

Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her two little girls and husband at their home in Hertfordshire or on holidays in the Lake District and Cornwall. Anna enjoys good food, cooking, running and yoga.
