David is a Partner in the Banking practice in Baringa Partners and also leads the Organisation and People capability across the firm. David joined Baringa in 2007 at the inception of Financial Services and has focused on establishing the company’s client offering across this sector with a core focus in Banking.
David has had a more ‘traditional’ consulting career to date, which began post-university at a large consultancy where he spent over six years in the Financial Services industry majoring on Change Management and Human Performance transformation projects. Since Joining Baringa, David’s Banking career has continued to be built across the Retail, Corporate and Wealth landscape helping clients with some of their most strategic and complex programmes ranging from strategy definition, large scale programme delivery, target operating model design, and complex change management.
Internally, David continues to focus heavily on driving forward the Baringa culture, ensuring that as an organisation it protects and nurtures the essence that sets Baringa’s culture apart from its competition.
Outside of work David loves being a Dad to his young family and following his love of sport…..running, football, rugby and golf.
