Supporting our clients, Treïs Group and Ernst Rosén, in the realisation of their investment in this unique and fast growing independent power producer (IPP) in the Nordics through our work as Sell Side Market Advisers is a proud achievement for Baringa. We also extend our congratulations to Rabbalshede Kraft and wish them continued success in the next stages of their exciting development.
Baringa’s role on supporting the sales of Rabbalshede Kraft has included:
- Provision of market advice and price projections in the Nordic power markets to support the sellers in the valuation and divestment of their stakes in the onshore wind portfolio of Rabbalshede Kraft
- Provision of transaction advice and support to the seller by attending expert sessions with the prospective investor
Yinfan Zhang, Nordics power market expert – Energy & Resources at Baringa Partners said “We are very proud to have assisted Treïs Group and Ernst Rosén in the successful divestment of their combined majority stake in Rabbalshede Kraft, and excited for Rabbalshede as they embark on the next chapter of their journey as a fast-growing IPP in the renewable space.
