At Baringa we are proud to be a certified B Corporation, committed to using our business as a force for good and putting the needs of people, community and planet equally alongside our client and business needs.

But what does being a B Corp mean? The B Corp movement is about balancing profit with purpose and it's about an economic system that benefits all people and the planet equally. Certified B Corporations are companies verified by B Lab as having met the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

For Baringa, B Corp is more than just a certification or an award though, it represents who we are as a business and what we stand for. It is a platform for growth and continuous improvement, helping us build on the great practices we have already to ensure we continue to strive for true sustainability and continue to build the best possible business for our people, clients, communities, and the planet.
