In detail:
Adam is a Director in Baringa’s People, Talent and Change practice, an area he’s been specialising in since the start of his career. He loves the topic area, as it allows him to make tangible improvements to the every-day working lives of teams impacted by the programmes he supports.
Adam has consulted in the UK and Australia, specialising in business transformation. Adam joined Baringa in 2010 and now leads operating model, organisational design and change programmes for clients ranging from Central Government, Energy and Resources and Telecommunications.
At Baringa, Adam helps clients design and implement the right organisational structures and ways of working to enable them to deliver their strategies. He is passionate about helping them answer big questions. Are we structured correctly to meet our organisational goals? Which organisational capabilities do we need enhance to stay ahead of our competitors? Do we need to change our organisation design to better meet our customer needs?
Adam builds open and honest relationships with clients. He always looks to add real value, quickly identifying the root cause of their challenges and then working with his clients to define the right solutions to address them. Adam has a very inclusive and empathic style. He is passionate about bringing people together and coaching and developing high performing teams.
Outside of work Adam loves to travel and has recently returned from a month in Central America. Adam loves to run, finding it a great way to switch off from a busy schedule, whilst helping to get his steps in. Adam is a big rugby fan and enjoys combining it with travel, such as Six Nations weekends, British and Irish Lions tours or trips to the Rugby World Cup.
