Adele has led various large-scale programmes for our clients, specialising in regulatory compliance, resilience, and digital risk engagements.
Her early experience lies in financial services, having started her career in industry at a global tier one bank. There she held a variety of roles, including stints in an internal business change function, on regulatory-driven master data enhancements, and working as an operational risk officer for the emerging markets. She recognised that her ideal career path would be the opportunity to combine the best elements of all of these areas and subsequently made the jump into risk and regulatory-focused consulting.
Adele still loves supporting financial services firms but now also relishes the opportunity to both apply and develop expertise from working with Baringa’s clients of all sizes in other sectors too. These clients appreciate Adele’s hands-on approach and can-do attitude. She is energetic, proactive, and thoughtful in how to prioritise and solve the most crucial problems, sometimes before they’ve even appeared.
