Adrian joined Baringa in 2010 and brings over 20 years’ of consulting experience, helping clients navigate some of their most complex challenges. He has supported organisations through global pandemics, economic turbulence, and major societal shifts.
With experience as a civil servant, Adrian brings empathy and understanding to the challenges faced by our Public Sector colleagues, engaging authentically and tailoring solutions grounded in real-world context. His career spans both public and private sectors, leading transformation programs involving people, processes, technology, and data. Adrian bridges the strategic and operational, helping clients deliver meaningful change at pace and scale.
Known for blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, Adrian combines leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise to lead engagements across the full project lifecycle—from problem definition and vision-setting to implementation and long-term value realization. His approach ensures sustained support and successful program delivery.
He is deeply passionate about contributing to the most prominent and pressing issues facing the country today. Whether it's modernising public services, driving efficiencies, or leading programmes with a clear value-for-money mandate, Adrian is energised by the opportunity to make a real difference. Outside of work, Adrian is very busy with his wife and two young children but still finds time to be an active crew member with the RNLI on the River Thames as he is passionate about helping people when they need it most. He also suffers as a Coventry City fan but is hopeful of their return to the Premiership in the next century.
