Ben developed his interest for consulting before even making it to university with a year long internship, where he learnt the ropes of operational improvement and big transformation… and he never looked back!
Over two decades later, Ben has worked across a diverse set of sectors including Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Telecommunications, Retail Energy, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Aerospace & Defence, Oil & Gas, Retail and Media industries.
Ben enjoys helping leaders to translate business strategy into operational reality, and is at his best in complex transformation environments where he can design and deliver new operating models, capabilities and processes that improve business performance. He now leads Baringa’s Enterprise Value Creation capability, which focuses on helping leaders sustainably transform organisational performance from a strategic, financial and operational perspective.
Ben is married with a young daughter, with whom he enjoys taking on new hobbies, currently gardening, craft and swimming. Ben also enjoys making time to explore and travel with family and friends, usually on a bike or paddleboard!
