In detail:
A chemical engineer by trade, Caroline started her career working offshore on oil rigs in Norway and Angola. She led technical operations, working with high-pressure equipment, radiation and explosives in very challenging environments. This adventure enabled Caroline to build resilience, become very resourceful and adapt to new environments. During her offshore career, Caroline was instrumental to delivering operational excellence programmes and in 2015, her team were awarded the CEO’s operational excellence award for flawless deployment of a new technology, increasing her client’s operational efficiency by 20%.
After 6 years working on oil rigs, it was time to throw the dirty coveralls in the wash and transition to a career in consulting.
