Carrie joined Baringa in 2012 to help build our Customer practice, bringing experience of working in Customer facing leadership roles in both industry and outsourcing. Carrie helps clients to enhance Customer experience across marketing, sales and service, with deep expertise in Contact Centre transformation having worked in this area for the past 20 years.
Carrie has a passion for people and the link between Customer and Colleague experience. She’s a customer technology and AI expert and thrives on helping clients navigate the balance of digital and human enabled experiences, and the people change required to be successful in a digitally enabled business.
Carrie enjoys collaborating with the most innovative customer leaders, creating stretching ambitions and driving change that will transform the experience for consumers in the UK market.
