In detail:
Chris joined Baringa in 2024, bringing over 20 years’ experience working as a consultant across central and arm’s length government bodies, plus the education, transport and infrastructure sectors.
Chris has a strong delivery background and brings deep expertise of both optimisation and end-to-end transformative change. Comfortable operating at the intersection of people and technology, he looks to blend process excellence and the power of culture with opportunities to exploit new digital and data capabilities, whether that be shaping a new direction for an entire organisation or department, turning around a poorly performing portfolio, or exceeding specific business, customer or citizen objectives
Outcome based deals are a particular passion for Chris, as a result of a number of his projects that broke the mould around what truly collaborative client/supplier working looks like. He believes that extraordinary results can be delivered by shaping projects better up front, and aligning incentives at both the individual and organisational level.
Chris also advocates for integrating industry expertise with project delivery teams, as combining innovative thinking with deep expertise creates opportunities that deliver sustainable impact.
Chris lives in Northumberland with his partner, two daughters and a bit of a menagerie. He is a fan of any form of transport, particularly 2 wheeled.
