In detail:
Connor is a director in Baringa’s Digital Risk & Cyber practice and leads our Cyber Resilience capability.
He is a certified cyber security professional by the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre with experience in helping firms around the world prepare, detect, respond, and recover from cyber attacks.
Connor has a wealth of experience in cyber resilience, with a global perspective that comes from managing real-life attacks on firms around the world. He has coordinated the response to global ransomware, data extortion, and denial of service attacks on behalf of large corporates and high-net worth individuals. Connor is passionate about cyber security including the rapid evolution of the threat landscape driven by geopolitical headwinds and technological evolution.
He has worked extensively across financial services, critical national infrastructure, and the pharmaceutical industries where he has built strong relationships and trust. He works alongside his clients to define major strategic security decisions and helps drive large-scale security transformation programmes forward.
Away from work, Connor enjoys planning his next ski or scuba diving trip and has been fortunate to dive among rich marine life in the Red Sea and World War II shipwrecks off Valletta Harbour. As a musician, he regularly listens to live music, making an annual family trip to the BBC Proms and the Royal Albert Hall.
