Dan joined Baringa in 2021 to support the growth of the Customer team. He has a broad background delivering growth and improvements across customer facing functions (marketing, sales and service). He is equally comfortable defining customer strategy alongside delivering market leading customer change.
Dan has also been on the forefront of the application of AI and other emerging technologies to improve customer and employee experience. He has built partnerships with leading technology vendors who are delivering transformative change and advised clients on how best to approach this change sustainably and profitably.
Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his two young children, running and reading widely.
