In detail:

Fabian is a Director in Baringa’s German team, and joined us more than 11 years ago. He has more than 17 years of management and consulting experience. He is an expert in Operational Excellence, End-to-End Process Optimisation, Continuous Improvement and Project Management. He is a Change Leader and very familiar with all kinds of transformation rollouts and standards.  

Fabian has worked across a range of industries including Energy Generation, Trading, Financial Services and Commodities. He has worked on multiple system selections, and regulatory and compliance projects, and has consulted for more than 20 different companies in Germany, Switzerland, the UK and South Africa.  

Fabian studied Business, Economics and Mathematics with a Diploma degree. He is a native German speaker, is fluent in English and lives in Hamburg with his wife and two kids. Outside of work Fabian is very active – this involves football, volleyball, cycling and fitness.
