In detail:
Gareth joined Baringa in February 2022 and is an MCIPD qualified HR and change leader.
He leads our HR practice and has created a sector agnostic, global suite of commercial HR solutions that supports OPC’s strategic intent and interlocks seamlessly with sectors, capabilities and enterprise-wide solutions.
Gareth blends his real-world experiences of having managed in-house HR teams with excellent project management expertise to enable him to successfully manage large scale, global and strategic people programmes. His expertise enables him to cover a broad spectrum of change including organisational design, target operating model design and implementation within both the private and public sector.
Gareth is comfortable working with senior business leaders and is skilled in managing HR teams effectively through change.
Gareth was married in 2004 and has two teenagers who are quickly reaching their 20s. He lives in the Midlands and is an avid golfer, having played a lot of rugby in his earlier life.
