Having worked with most of the UK’s largest government organisations, Ilze brings invaluable insights from both digital and operational teams, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned drive meaningful change.
A hands-on consulting practitioner, Ilze specialises in user-centred design and product management. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate a service-first mindset, foster cross-team collaboration, and embed a culture of service ownership. While the UK is already a global leader in digital government, Ilze believes there is still vast untapped potential to unlock.
With deep experience in large transformation programmes—spanning design to early life support—Ilze understands the intricacies of government technology.
