Joe studied history and brings a big picture perspective to solving his clients most complex growth challenges. With over 20 years’ experience working with leading global consumer product and retail organisations, Joe has an international outlook and deep knowledge of routes-to-markets and retail environments in high-growth markets.

At Baringa, Joe is the consumer products and retail global commercial lead, helping his clients translate growth strategies into plans and programmes that businesses can believe in and execute. He has got particular expertiese in commercial operating model design, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and M&A. Joe leads a team of experts who work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to build new capabilities and deliver tangible outcomes.

Joe has always prided himself on delivering exceptional value for clients. He believes that strong, trusting relationships are the basis of successful teams and a happy, productive career and life outside of work.

Joe lives in South East London with his wife and two young children. He enjoys the good things in life – food, wine, holidays – and trying to offset this through running and trekking.
