In detail:
Louise joined Baringa at the start 2025. She brings over 14 years’ experience of solving business problems with technology. Having worked across retailers, financial services, energy and utilities, she has concentrated for the past 7 years in government, supporting public sector organisations to become more efficient, collaborative and digitally effective at their core.
Technology constantly evolves. Louise loves responding to this challenge, helping her clients strike the balance of maximising technology investments, whilst moving forward from legacy in cost effective ways. She is excited to see the opportunities emerging from the impact of AI across the public sector and is energised by her work supporting clients to respond in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Louise is thrilled to be a part of the team at Baringa. The team is curious, energetic and have such a wide range of relevant experiences to support the continual challenges public sector organisations face today.
Louise has a busy home life tackling DIY projects with her husband, looking after their young son and running. She is normally training for some long distance event with her labrador, who is always more interested in investigating new smells than the actual running.
