Molly Iliffe is the global head of hydrogen at Baringa. She advises clients across the world on hydrogen market strategy and project commercial development.
Prior to working for Baringa, Molly was director in hydrogen ventures at ERM, leading the commercial development of the ERM Dolphyn project which will generate green hydrogen from floating offshore wind.
Prior to working in hydrogen, Molly spent 15 years in the renewables sector as part of Wood Group and Iberdrola. At Wood Group she worked on the very first offshore wind projects in the UK and Germany, before moving into a management role leading the international side of the business.
Molly is based in Scotland with a Masters degree in economics and politics and post graduate qualifications in Renewable Energy Systems Technology.
