In detail:
Paul has an academic background in computer science. He has led all phases in the software delivery lifecycle from inception and shaping to core technology transformation execution, including design, engineering, testing, data migration, and service introduction.
He has worked in waterfall and agile environments both together and independently and advises clients on how to deliver transformation across their enterprise in the most efficient way possible, considering the different contexts, environments, and circumstances required.
Paul has a passion for building technology capabilities and culture. He enjoys working as a ‘translator’ to balance business objectives and outcomes with technology as the enabler, not the driver, supporting senior clients on their transformation journeys, end-to-end.
Paul is a senior stakeholder communicator and influencer and operates at c-suite and board level, able to listen openly and challenge constructively to navigate the most political of environments.
Away from work, Paul likes to prioritise his family life, including his two daughters. He is a keen swimmer and loves to watch football and tennis. When there is any time left, you'll find him listening to a history podcast or reading about politics.
