The longest I had walked or run till 5 years ago was probably a 5km. Today I regularly run half and full marathons.

Priya has a rounded experience of working in technology, operations, focussing on data in the recent years in financial services mainly in banking and markets.
As a seasoned change professional, Priya has successfully established and delivered various data and regulatory change programs. Her expertise lies in driving large-scale transformations, overseeing critical deliveries. She has overseen numerous data deliveries throughout her career, including BCBS239 compliance for the NatWest Markets entity post ring fencing. Priya has practical knowledge and experience of managing regulatory expectations through her first line of defence role and leading regulatory compliance programs.
Priya maintains a balanced approach when it comes to change, focussing on delivering practical outcomes that meets the regulators expectation and in line with the spirit of regulation whilst maintaining transparency and doing the right thing.
Outside of work Priya enjoys travelling to new destinations and has recently taken up serious running.
