In detail:
Roberto joined Baringa in 2022, bringing fifteen years of experience in helping public sector organisations create the right evidence to design and execute programmes that make a difference.
Before joining Baringa, Roberto worked as Deputy Chief Data Officer at the Office of National Statistics and across a number of data and analytics roles in the UK Civil Service, the third sector and consulting in Europe and the Middle East.
Roberto loves creating multi-disciplinary teams to work alongside clients on their biggest challenges. These include enhancing clarity and transparency in complex emergency operations, as well as leveraging AI and data to improve operational efficiency within public sector organizations.
His love of travelling and languages has given Roberto the opportunity to become fluent in French and Arabic - in addition to English and his native Italian - after living across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the United States. Outside of work, Roberto loves a good live comedy show and gathering around family and friends for a good home-cooked meal.
