In detail:

Since Veronika graduated in management in France, she knew procurement and supply chain was her passion. Spending her entire career in this field, blending leadership roles in FTSE 100 companies and client-side advisory across an array of geographies, Veronika has worked with many household brands across a wide range of sectors. Leading complex transformations of operating models, processes, data, technology and skills to optimise end-to-end supply chains and procurement, Veronika most enjoys looking at issues differently and coming up with pragmatic and innovative solutions that generate real value. She loves to combine operational delivery with strategic thinking to trigger cultural change and create a lasting impact for her clients.  

Veronika is passionate about data-led decisions and insights. With a focus on digitisation, she is excited to lead digital procurement at Baringa. Her proudest moments have involved using AI and automation as concrete solutions to solve a specific business problem - offering clients a genuine competitive advantage.  

Veronika is fluent in five languages, having studied, lived and worked in five different countries across Europe and Asia. She is now settled in South-West London. She believes in pursuing one’s dreams and capabilities, relishes diverse cultures, collaboration and respect for others.  

A working mum with still a relatively young family, she passionately focuses on things that matter the most. To relax, you will see her running in a local park or paddleboarding on the river - when she is not on a sports field supporting one of the many grassroots clubs that her children are part of.
